-Responsible for overall success of assigned projects in terms of time, budget, scope and quality standards;
-Build project teams and generate a spirit of cooperation ensuring all key project roles are assigned and responsibilities fully understood;
-Coordinate resources, using them effectively across the project.
-Conduct status meetings to monitor the progress of each project and resolves any issues which impede the progress of the project.
-Proactively identify and manage project changes and interdependencies keeping all the involved parts constantly informed;
-Escalate project risks, issues and changes with recommended solutions to senior management and Steering Committee;
-Analyze and review financial plans and related budgetary information to determine the impact on required projects.
-Manage relationships with project stakeholders and advise on specific subject matters.
-University degree in Finance, Business or a related field;
-Minimum of 3 years business experience, preferably in banking / financial services industry;
-At least 2 years experience managing or playing a major role in large and medium scale projects;
-Project Management trainings from accredited organizations;
-Experience working with members of management other than direct manager;
-Excellent written and oral communication skills in English;
-Familiar with applications such as MS Project, MS Visio;
-Ability to lead projects across different business areas;
-Analytical skills: able to deal with technical or other ambiguous information and translate it into clear direction for project teams.
