We are currently looking for professionals with experience in projects within banking sector for our team in Bucharest matching to the below profile:
- Responsible for project planning, execution and results delivered throughout the project lifecycle in order to successfully meet the business expectations under the time, budget and scope constraints;
- Provide strong cross-functional coordination, acting as primary liaison and project facilitator between all parties involved by generating positive cooperation and team-spirit;
- Build high performing project teams ensuring that all key project roles are assigned and responsibilities understood;
- Identify and escalate project risks with recommend solutions to management team and SC;
- Analyze and review financial plans and budgetary figures to determine the impact and interdependencies on the assigned portfolio of projects;
- Act as the in-house change agent and specialist for project management issues, offering advice and assistance for new business initiatives;
- Prepare regular specific reports for local and head-office management teams;
- Manage good relationships with all stakeholders providing regular communication and advice on specific change subject matters;
- University degree in Business Economics or Computer Science;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in banking and/or financial services industry;
- Project management studies, experience and relevant background;
- Familiar with tools, methods and frameworks such as: MS Project, CA Clarity, ARIS/BPM, SLM;
- Good knowledge of banking products and services including internal operational flows;
- Hands-on mentality, able to work in an complex international environment;
- Focused to meet deadlines with high-level of energy and can-do attitude towards successful results;
- Analytical mindset capable to deal with technical or complex information and translate it into clear direction for project team and project stakeholders.
- Excellent presentation and written/verbal communication skills in English
