Establishes the project management related processes, forms and procedures in order to ensure an effective and uniform approach and compliance with the standards implemented by the New Business Development & Partnerships Romania Department..
Coordinates all the activities related to developing and implementing the necessary tools for reporting the progress of the project in order to quickly address any potential issues and risks that may occur.
Ensures that the project has adequate resources as to deliver the required results on time and according to specifications.
Interfaces and collaborates with other functions and/or managers within the organization in order to build relationships of trust and support with the interrelated areas thus facilitating the efficient implementation of the designed to-be processes.
Plans, coaches and develops the human resources involved in the project in order to perform efficiently and effectively towards the achievement of the predefined objectives.
Change Management (Creating and innovating)
Directly responsible for designing the project’s organizational structure and for the good correlation of the project with other related projects in order to quickly escalate the gaps.
Generate new business ideas/ business models/ projects inclusive preparation of first business assumptions, back on the envelop calculations & business cases
Interface to DT Group Innovation units such as: Corporate Business Development, Hubraum (Incubator), T-Labs, T-Venture
It is responsible for searching, creating, qualification and getting new models of business strategy and growth opportunities;
Proactively propose new ways to modify / improve existing business. Collaborates with various departments in order for the company to hold the lead on different markets.
Entrepreneurial and commercial thinking
Has direct responsibility for revising, approving and accepting the final result of the project in order to certify the quality of the solution delivered.
Is responsible for the financial models and the Business Case for business development initiatives to assess the impact of new opportunities.
Education:
University degree
Working Experience
at leats 3 years in project management roles, commercial and stretegic background, consultancy would be preferred
