Job purpose:
To lead various projects in the field of refinery and petrochemical construction works, thermoenergy and infrastucture, assisting top management in introducing modern projects coordination techniques.
Key responsibilities:
- Sets up and coordinates the implementation of new investment and maintenance projects (supervising budget limits, time constraints and standards of quality);
- Controls and coordinates the activity of Rominserv`s subcontractors, monitoring compliance to company rules and procedures;
- Participates in planning the project activities using Primavera and other modern project management instruments.
- University Degree in Engineering is a must; MBA would be a valuable asset;
- PC skills: MS Excel, MS Word - advanced level, MS Access, MS PowerPoint;
- MS Project is a must; exposure to Oracle projects and Primavera would be an advantage;
- Knowledge and experience in the following areas are considered valuable assets: business plans, investment monitoring, experience in oil & gas projects, contracting;
- Fluency in English;
- Driving license - type B (the project manager will have to travel and work out of Bucharest 70% of the working time.
