Accountable for quality, cost, demands achievements from phase 1 to phase 4b of the Projects
• Defining and validating project scope;
• Obtaining product and process qualification;
• Defining project schedule and coordination with customers and suppliers;
• Achieving product GM and development / investments costs as defined in internal contract.
Respecting company standards and procedures within the project:
• Preparing and presenting all documents for Project Validation & Project Management Committees and obtaining decision requested;
• Ensuring development in line with Current development project methodologies and respecting rules for planning and resources management;
• Suggesting improvements within the processes (tools, methods, activities).
Resources: needs & project management:
• Defining the project needs based on standard, prepare budget and following up with 3 months forecast rolling;
• Driving the project team, evaluating and fixing objectives to the Project Team Members;
• Coordinating the multi-Division activities when the Division is leader.
Customer satisfaction:
• In front of customer, being the representative of the company to protect interests;
• Driving meetings, answering to requests all along the project, following specific quality plan;
• Defining and following schedule in accordance with the customer.
Risk assessment:
• Managing risks of projects by anticipation of issues through the company’s defined methodologies;
• Following strictly Quality “QRQC approach” for quick response, escalation and problem solving;
• Report regularly (monthly as minimum) the Gross Margin evolution (by using standard file).

Requirements:
• Experience of at least 3 years in automotive industry in a technical position;
• University degree (technical field);
• Wide IT knowledge (MS Office professional, Lotus Notes);
• English and / or French advanced;
• Able to work under pressure and against dedlines;
• Initiative/motivation to perform;
• Decision-making, problem solver, reliable peon, able to quickly capitalize all Projects aspects;
• Performance and results oriented;
• Time management and planning skills;
• Good knowledge in: Production tools, Quality tools, Management tools;
• Strong knowledge of quality, production, supplier, purchasing, customer, incoming processes.
