-Redefines/ improves the franchisee concept for the local market, based on the best practices and experience of the mother company;
-Creates appropriate tools and procedures (contracts, agreements);
-Acts as interface between the company and franchisees, presenting the company¿s products and services to the franchisee, providing information about the commercial policy of the company, store P&L, operation of stores;
-Prospects the market, identifies and attract new candidates, creating new business opportunities;
-Prepare feasibility analysis.
-Exposure to sales field (retail would be an asset) or to project management;
-University degree (Economics, marketing)
-Work experience in international companies ;
-Excellent English.
-Good PC skills ;
-Availability for business trips;
