RESPONSABILITATI

The Project Manager position is part of an archiving team of 20-25 persons which supports 5.000 - 10.000 employees. The department, as corporate function, was founded in 2006 and is in the final stage of the developing phase. The main responsibilities of the department are:
- developing internal procedures for record management activities
- implementing of actual regulations and legal requirements
- developing high sophisticated software (ERMS) systems
To reach the vision of a modern, innovative and integrated record management department is part of the company strategy for knowledge management.

Responsabilities:
Projects:
- To identify, develop, organize and coordinate different archiving projects like receiving and recording the archive documents
- To develop and handle all activities according to the existing archiving regulation
- To be responsible for project groups of 2-15 archivists
- To monitor projects with groups of clients of 20-100 persons (no archivists) like archiving, disposal activities
- Reporting/monitoring of project activities according internal processes/regulations
Daily activities:
- To monitor the interface between corporate archive service and clients
- To develop the service line in terms of client contact and service conditions
- To monitor the internal knowledge transfer to other archivists and to the clients
- To monitor internal transfer of archiving procedures and responsibilities
- To ensure reporting activities
Others:
- To participate at the foundation and renewal, of the Business Classification Scheme including all functions
- To solve written requests (natural / juridical persons) regarding archive documents


CERINTE

- University degree, preferable in archiving
- Archivist certificate in mandatory
- Minimum 3 years experience in related field
- Good knowledge of the existing archiving legislation, standards and market
- Experience in leading groups of 2 – 5 persons / people management
- Both individual work and team work skills
- Good English knowledge is a must
- Computer skills (MS Office is a must)
- Well organized
- Flexibility / willingness to travel
