Business meetings with potential new clients for Genpact as part of Sales activities;
Lead RFP submissions for new Customers;
Present solutions to client executives and sales team;
Lead solution Identification for new business awarded to Genpact;
Reviewing adapted solutions in Genpact for the client;
Create and independently validate opportunity specific economic models and business cases;
Coordinate activities with Deal Team and ensure targets are met;
Provide sound business rationale for improving the business case for non-qualified opportunities as a result of due diligence expertise;
Participate in training events; Keep current on GAAP, SEC, Sarbanes-Oxley and other industry specific policies and regulations (HIPAA a plus)
Developing transformation road map for continuous process improvement;
Co-ordinate with Genpact teams on various project management related activities;
Provide subject matter expertise as part of the product development initiatives;
Focus on managing the project engagement specifically balancing organization profit and long term client opportunity;
Manage relationship with Genpact Customers in Europe business processes;
As a Solution Architect once Genpact has been down selected, lead work through due diligence to implement the plan and support transition;
Develop Genpact product offering in line with the industry changes – Optimum solution offering & IT offerings to support the solution design;
Work closely with Global counterparts from all Genpact regions, to attain standardization in the product offering;
5+ years of experience in a relevant field and relevant companies (preferably BPO/SSC environment);
Relevant domain experience in Finance & Accounting (Primary & General Accounting);
University graduate (relevant studies);
Availability to travel extensively outside the country;
Relevant project management experience;
Previous experience in a BPO/Call Center/Shared Services environment (represents and advantage);
Organized personality with attention to details, able to work simultaneously on different projects;
Strong analytical skills;
Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills;
Demonstrated problem solving skills and innovative approach towards issues;
Strong oral and written communication skills – ability to interact at all organizational levels;
