Project Manager (E-Activities Non Core Business)

RESPONSABILITATI

PURPOSE: Coordinates the projects for facilitating the E-activities Non Core Business in order to become proactive, more efficient and customer oriented. Has overall responsibility for non-core online activities, including full P&L, for instance: Clickhop.ro, Dolcesport.ro, Germanos.ro.
Leadership (Deciding and initiating action)
 Establishes the project management related processes, forms and procedures in order to ensure an effective and uniform approach and compliance with the standards implemented by the E-Activites Non Core Department.
 Coordinates all the activities related to developing and implementing the necessary tools for reporting the progress of the project in order to quickly address any potential issues and risks that may occur.
 Interfaces and collaborates with other functions and/or managers within the organization in order to build relationships of trust and support with the interrelated areas thus facilitating the efficient implementation of the designed to-be processes.
 Plans, coaches and develops the human resources involved in the project in order to perform efficiently and effectively towards the achievement of the predefined objectives.
Implementation Excellence (Analysing)
 Ensures that the project has adequate resources as to deliver the required results on time and according to specifications.
 Has direct responsibility for revising, approving and accepting the final result of the project in order to certify the quality of the solution delivered.
 Is responsible for building up new online business models including:
 market research & competition analysis
 creation of concepts & use cases
 creation of business cases
 identifying potential partners
 management of project teams
 setting up processes (internal & external)
 manage internal and external stakeholders
 negotiate contracts & discuss with vendors with admin support ( Finance, HR, Legal, Compliance, Procurement)
 ensure proper implementation
Change Management (Creating and innovating)
 Directly responsible for designing the project’s organizational structure and for the good correlation of the project with other related projects in order to quickly escalate the gaps.
 Generates new ideas and adapt existing ones from the market group or inside the company/project
