RESPONSABILITATI

The Project Manager should be even part of the last steps when signing the sale purchase agreement in order to guarantee a smooth handover.

Steering and implementing of a project from planning until construction and the commercial use afterwards
- starting with signing a pre-contract the responsibility to pro actively gather information about the project
- from signing date of the sale purchase contract the Project Manager is fully responsible for the project

Responsibility of conception of the whole project development procedure from economics as well as from the technical part

Interface between site managers on site as well as trouble-shooter in all technical and economical aspects
- attend essential construction meetings, coordination of the planning partner and all site managers
- proposing solutions and independent implementation of issues, problem solving competence

Compliance with the budget and project calculations
- monitoring of target/actual comparison in cooperation with controlling department
- inducement and observation of invoice input

Monitoring and responsibility for cash flow streams
- adjustment of needed cash flows internally with controlling department
- accounting balance monitoring and optimization
- inducement and observation of equity deposit (to be agreed every second week with controlling department, issuing disbursement notices)
- inducement and observation of credit capital (to be agreed every second week with corporate finance department, collective issuing of disbursement notices)
- monitoring of regular invoice payment for suppliers

Responsibility for project- and budget controlling
- Monitoring of the actual budget in accordance with controlling department
- inducement of input of actual invoices into the controlling tool

Public relations with all business partners

Updating of presentations and reports. Reporting on monthly basis for internal as well as external partners
- creating reports in time and in cooperation with controlling, technique and marketing
- creating weekly fact sheets with important milestones and changes

Support for marketing responsible persons


CERINTE

-minimum 1 year experience in a similar position/site manager
-educational background in construction, engineering, architecture
-good organizer of work and target oriented
-general knowledge on technical issues related to the construction and function of properties
-opened to new challenges
-proficient in Word, Excel and Microsoft Outlook
-fluent English, spoken and written
-capacity to lead and motivate people towards a common goal
