Initiates projects for any and all cross-departmental issues / improvements in the Commercial Division;
Works together with CCO and Commercial Management team to maximize business results (Projects will focus primarily on improvement of distribution channel efficiency);
Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements;
Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope;
Minimizes exposure and risk on project;
Is responsible for the timely and correct delivery of project deliverables;
Keeps project team well informed of changes within the organization and general project news;
Delivers engaging, informative, well-organized presentations;
Motivates team to work together in the most efficient manner;
Manages day-to-day interaction with internal clients;
Communicates effectively with (internal) clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions;
Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships
Project management experience;
Experience in a commercial environment, preferably in Insurance or Financial Services (or Pensions), would be a plus;
Project Management methodology;
Good communication skills;
Analytical skills;
English ¿¿¿ fluently;
University graduate.
