- Managing one or several projects under an open supervision;
- Take the responsibility to organize necessary resources and to manage all phases of engineering and service activities such as bidding, planning, designing, subcontracting, installation, commissioning, maintenance, technical support, and local materials purchasing;
- The works involved consist of managing POs, subcontractors searching and qualifying, performance management, cost control, quality assurance, project risk analysis in Romania marketing.
- Be responsible for telecom network project management;
- Making the project plan including project schedule, quality plan, cost budget and communication plan, change control plan etc.;
- Monitoring project implementation progress according to project plan;
- Be responsible for coordinating with operator as project interface and leader to customer;
- Be responsible for organizing and managing project team;
- Be responsible for subcontractor management, including contract negotiation, PO issuance, quality management and subcontractor assessment;
- Be responsible for engineering service part during project bidding phase;
- A university degree in telecommunications engineering, computer science or above;
- Working in telecom industry for at least 5 year;
- At least 2 high scales of telecommunication project management experience;
- Knowledgeable in Project software and other office software;
- Ability to work independently and to build up and maintain good customer relations;
- Good Communication skills and ability to work in teams;
- Self-motivated, flexible, enthusiastic and fluent in English both oral and written;
- Must be ready to work under pressure.
