• Be responsible for telecom network project management.
• Making the project plan including project schedule, quality plan, cost budget and communication plan, change control plan etc.
• Monitoring project implementation progress according to project plan.
• Be responsible for coordinating with operator as project interface and leader to customer.
• Be responsible for organizing and managing project team.
• Be responsible for subcontractor management, including contract negotiation, PO issuance, quality management and subcontractor assessment.
* Be responsible for engineering service part during project bidding phase.
• A university degree in telecommunications engineering, computer science or above.
• Working on telecom industry for 5 year at least.
• At least 2 high scale of telecommunication project management experience;
• Knowledgeable in the telecommunication.
• Knowledgeable in Project software and other office software.
• Ability to work independently and to build up and remain good customer relations.
• Good Communication skills and ability to work in teams.
• Self-motivated, flexible, enthusiastic and fluent in English both oral and written.
* Must be ready to work under pressure in all kind of working condition
