What would you do?
be the catalyst that ensures the project's successful delivery;
assist the client to balance tasks across resources to optimize efficiency;
prepare the detailed project plan, define milestones, and drive the projects forward;
track the work packages and the progress;
coordinate, prioritize and organize work within projects;
mediate and help foster communication between different teams;
coordinates information flow within projects;
identify risks for the project and pro-actively find solutions that allows the team to stay on track;
effectively communicate across functional areas and to executive management on project progress, issues and risks;
pragmatically apply project management techniques, skills and methodologies;
document project issues and risk logs and facilitate the resolution of issues and the mitigation of project risks.
If you have:
at least 1 year experience as a Project Manager in the IT field;
very good understanding of the entire Software Development Life Cycle;
very good understanding of project management methods, processes and standards;
knowledge of more than 1 software development approaches/methodologies (e.g. Agile, Iterative, Waterfall etc);
finished a technical University (Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics etc);
excellent MS Office skills ;
excellent communication skills;
have a keen eye for detail and accuracy;
able to work independently, highly (self-) motivation;
relationship building skills;
excellent English (speak, write, read);
willingness to learn.
Would be a plus:
knowledge of German language.
