- Supervise construction site and direct subcontractors to make sure standards of building performance, quality, cost schedules and safety are maintained
- Plan construction methods and procedures
- Make sure that building regulations, standards and by-laws are enforced in building operations
- Draw up of periodical reports surveys and estimates
- University degree in Civil Construction or Installations
- At least 2 years of similar experience
- Fluency in English
- Excellent planning, organizational and communication skills
- Willing to daily commute to 30 km from Bucharest
- Driving license B category
