Position Summary:
This position will report to the Technical Director and will work for investment projects carried out in Bucharest or in the country. These projects are coordinated from Bucharest.
Responsibilities:
¿Develops, in a short period of time, a good knowledge of the investment projects and plays an active role in the finalization of these projects; involved in technical negotiations with future customers.
¿Prepares and make recommendations regarding all budgets and gets Sr. Management¿s approval.
¿With assistance from the Purchasing Engineer, conducts and organizes auctions to identify and make recommendations to hire potential collaborators/clients/projects.
¿Offers technical and commercial support to finalize contracts; prepares offers and follows-up on their completion;
¿Works with the Planning Engineer to prepare the planning of the projects (resources, activities, stages of the projects, time frame, costs (¿cash-flow¿) and is responsible for monitoring all activities related to the good completion of the project, cost of the projects and time table.
¿Coordinates and follows-up execution through regular on site visits; implements appropriate measures as dictated by the management of the company to ensure successful finalization of all projects.
¿Executes receptions for finalized projects/tenants, follows-up payments to providers.
¿Prepares procurement requirements for the projects and gets the Sr. Management¿s approval.
Requirements:
¿Graduated from one of the Construction Engineering Universities or other equivalent education field.
¿Relevant work experience on construction sites of minimum 5 years.
¿Relevant experience in a similar position for minimum 5 years.
¿Very good planning/organizational skills as well as communication skills.
¿Strong management skills in managing a project.
¿Operational knowledge in MS Office and AutoCad.
¿Availability for short business trips across the country.
¿Good knowledge of English and French.
