RESPONSABILITATI

Plans, schedules and monitors the project activities: development and design, resource supply, E.P. and construction within the project deadlines
Monitors and coordinates the project team
Keeps track of progress and ensures that the project is on time and on budget
Sets objectives and tasks for the project team
Plans project activities according to the development plan, the company’s strategy and the budgeted target.


CERINTE

Bachelor degree in construction or similar technical field
Minimum experience in a similar position – 15 year
Experience on a construction site or in the real-estate projects development – abroad experience is a plus
Experience in residential / condominum projects and tall buildings would be an asset
Computer skills: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project/ Primavera
Managerial abilities (planning, organizing, coordinating, evaluating and motivating)
Communication and negotiation skills
Solution oriented and proactive attitude
