RESPONSABILITATI

• Manage communication within the project team members and stakeholders; Act as a common point of contact among all stakeholders and offer consultancy in order to reach the project objectives in the agreed deadlines
• Elaborates the Project Plan (actions to be taken, deadlines, cost estimation, needed resources) and ensures the implementation of the project based on the agreed timeline;
• Actively participates in the elaboration of the project documentation and ensures that the business requirements are properly reflected and in the functional and technical project documentation (if case identify and propose alternative solutions);
• Analyze, prioritize project tasks and reviews all changes so as to ensure that the project objectives (costs, timeline, resources) are maintained within the agreed boundaries
• Identify and manage project issues and risks
• Elaborates project progress materials and reports the project status to the stakeholders on a regular basis
• Obtains sign off for the project documentation based on the agreed implementation solution and contractual provisions (if case)


CERINTE

• University degree in Economics/ Technical domains
• Minimum 3 years experience in Project Management in software development
• Good understanding of IT projects implementation process
• Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve conflicts with stakeholders
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in problem solving environment
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work with virtual teams
• Fluent in English (written/verbal)
• Disponibility for travelling to Cluj (no more than 25%)
• Knowledge in MS Office products and project management tools
