- Responsible and accountable for every pertaining to the assigned Project, and makes sure that all necessary decision and actions are being taken at the proper time;
- Responsible for planning the project / establish schedules, asses and project Risk and Opportunities;
- Responsible for assigning works to subcontractors and/or consortia partners in concordance with project objectives;
- Monitor/analyze/report project performances and report to management opportunities and problems;
- Responsible for managing change request and implement changes, with support from technical and other stuff as required;
- Responsible for assuring the functioning of the project team (if any) and each of its members, Interface to the customer and project team and members on all contractual matters;
- Resolves disputes over claims, delays, warranties, etc.
- Will secure, at all times, cost-effective procurements, cost reductions and positive cash-flow of the Project.
- Observe the local law concerning the commercial and financial activities and as well the labor safety;
- Observe, implement and maintain the rules of the Integrated Management System [quality, environment, occupational, health and safety] according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OH SAS 18001 and to contribute to the continuous improvement of the system.
- University degree in Electrical Engineering with pertinent technical knowledge;
- Minimum 3 years of project related experience;
- Business minded/good business conduct/values ethics;
- Good Judgment and common sense, good communication skills, proven results, able to act independently
- Strong leadership/interpersonal skills;
- Negotiation skills;
- Understanding terms and conditions, project finance and cost initiative;
- Proven Accommodation in Bucharest;
- Available for frequent travel within the country;
- Clean driving license;
- Good knowledge of English;
- PC literate
