·Manage the bank projects according to Volksbank Romania methodology;
·Project team management. Motivate project team members to maximise their contribution to the project;
·Develop project plans, milestone plans and project documentation according to methodology;
·Effective project communication to business departments involved, including updates, presentations;
·Coordinate the analysis for Business Specifications. Assess user requirements and document proposals identifying potential solutions, alternative options, estimated effort and costs;
·Ensure compatibility between Business Specifications and existing/ new systems and technologies;
·Adherence to company processes and controls to ensure all solutions meet appropriate risk, security, compliance and technical standard requirements;
·Manages the creation and execution of test plans;
·Ensures the implementation of the project together with the divisions/ departments of the bank based on the implementation plan;
·Manage projects to successful implementation. Ensuring effective implementation planning, hands over all the proper documentation (sign of the acceptance according to solution agreed, contracts);
· University Degree in Economics and Informatics Technologies knowledge (University Degree in Cybernetics or High School degree in programs development);
·Project Management experience one or two years; Knowledge of project management, development and testing methodologies;
·Knowledge of banking legislation;
·Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
·Self managed and motivated, proactive approach, analytical skills, creative thinking, solution-oriented approach;
·Communication and team management skills; negotiation abilities.
·Ability to meet targets and deadlines;
·Computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Project);
·Fluency in English language, both spoken and written.
