RESPONSABILITATI

Provide a first point of contact within the Implementation project management team

Coordinate the development and delivery of small/medium sized customer Process Change Requests (“PCR”)

Ensure PCRs are delivered to scoped cost, quality and implementation timescale schedules

Provide ad hoc support to Implementation team Project Managers

Support corporate and business customer satisfaction goals

Coordinate and maintain the Implementation team business documentation and records

ESSENTIAL


Experience of supporting and working with cross-functional teams

Evidence of strong written and verbal communications skills (fluent in English)

Experience in drafting and delivering detailed documents for internal / external review

Evidence of taking individual ownership and responsibility for delivering key outputs to a fixed schedule

Experience in applying strong analytical and problem solving skills within a time critical project or task based work environment

Strong administration and work coordination background



DESIRABLE


Project support experience and financial awareness skills

Imaging services and solutions awareness

Ability to understand and communicate production work processes

Knowledge of major corporate processes and financial procedures
