- Target-performance comparison of costs and performance
- Precast on performance and results focusing on time schedule and working calculation
- Support in the monthly performance report
- Establish invoice and control the invoice
- Observation of subcontractors and contract of delivery
- Responsible for the Accounting at the building site
- Close cooperation between the different offices and coordination of the different working steps.
- Commercial education, University or adequate education
- Minimum experience of 3-5 years in the execution of Constructions
- Good knowledge of MS-office
- Very good in English or in German
- Good knowledge in Contracting and Accounting
- Traveling is necessary
