- Interfaces with users to research and evaluate user problems and system/operations problems
- Develops documentation
- Performs programming duties as required
- Assists in system management activities for system throughput and availability
- Experience developing applications with Java 5/6
- Excellent understanding of Java, Object Oriented coding
- Good knowledge of front end components (HTTP, CSS, HTML, Javascript, etc)
- Excellent communication skills with good attention to detail
- Good SQL and/or HQL
- Knowledge in: IBM brands(Rational, Lotus, Websphere, Tivoli, Info Management) is a plus
- Knowledge in Oracle products: Weblogic, Weblogic Portal, Weblogic UCM is a plus
- English level - very good; other foreign languages - advantage
