Responsabilitati:
- preluarea apelurilor telefonice ale clientilor si furnizarea informatiilor solicitate;
- solutionarea solicitarilor clientilor;
- raportarea problemelor intampinate superiorilor;
- buna cunoastere a ofertei, serviciilor si promotiilor companiei.
Profilul Cautat:
- student sau absolvent de studii superioare;
- competente PC ( Office, Internet );
- cunostinte medii-avansate limba engleza;
- excelente abilitati de comunicare;
- atitudine client-oriented;
- capacitatea de a gasi solutii intr-un interval scurt de timp;
- disponibilitate pentru lucru in ture.
