• Follow Company rules and Standard Operating Procedures at all times
• Operation and cleaning of machines as per SOP’s as and when required or as instructed by the department head.
• Check all documentation and labelling is correct in Manufacturing prior to operation and during operation.
• Check line clearance on machines as per SOP’s and sign documents.
• Check raw materials prior to weighing in dispensary as per SOP.
• Check and Sign In and Sign Out all batches and Process materials in manufacturing area as per SOP and order processed materials from warehouse as and when required.
• Carry out calibration of scales/balances and all other equipment at the required intervals as per the SOP’s.
• Complete documentation on line for the allocated operations/tasks.
• Observe standards of safety, quality and conduct with respect to yourself, colleagues and product.
• Use materials handling equipment and manual handling techniques for movement of materials and equipment.
• Clean and set up process equipment in your area of work
• Report out of specification product if any and any incidents or accidents to the department head.
• Plan, allocate and monitor tasks for subordinates
• Train subordinates in your field of knowledge
• Perform any reasonable task instructed by manager. Carry out any other job in any other area/department as assigned by the department head.
• Check batch record.
• Check batches for manufacturing
