RESPONSABILITATI

An experienced product manager is needed to define, own and drive the Business segment product set at a global mobile start up.

- Define the marketing and product requirements for the product and develop the roadmap for the product
- Define the product strategy and a proposition for the segment which delivers true points of differentiation for our client
- Take accountability for the new product development and work with other Business teams to deliver it
- Be fully accountability for ensuring the implementation and the financial and operational performance of the product
- Manage the customer lifecycle, maximizing customer acquisition and revenue, putting a upsell / cross sell strategy in place and defining the customer retention strategy
- Define and own a Best in Class customer experience and be accountable for its execution through the business
- Be the commercial leader for the product throughout the business, working with technology and commercial teams to drive customer uptake and satisfaction


CERINTE

-+3 years of Telco product management experience within the Business segment
- Track record of successfully taking new products to market and working with Global sales teams to achieve it
- Experience of working with global logistics, finance & legal teams to ensure documented compliance to local regulations
- Experience of working with delivery teams to ensure that gaps are prioritized and addressed as required by the business

- Solid know –how

-Manage both external and internal relationships with our customers and suppliers. Work closely with other business functions including Customer Services, Distribution (Warehouse) IT, Marketing, Legal, Sales, Technical Support. Be able to network and develop key relationships with external/internal parties.

-A strong understanding of the mobile industry with 3 years plus experience in this field combined with strong computer applications and software skills (Excel/Power Point/Word etc).

-Positive & engaged attitude.

-Commercial awareness with the ability to take ownership and responsibility.

-Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills - both spoken and written with excellent organisational & time management skills.

-Creative thinker & strategic.
