RESPONSABILITATI

• Develop pricing proposals for new product offerings;
• Develop long-term pricing roadmap correlated with proposition roadmap;
• Develop pricing concepts for product innovation together with market research;
• Run/lead key strategic pricing initiatives (self-induced and/or in cooperation with DT);
• Pricing analysis RO telco market (draw first conclusions for action needed);
• Analyze pricing performance of key offerings;
• Represent RO Pricing in DT Pricing Working Group (PWG);
• Single point of contact for B2C in IPF(mid term planning process );
• Definition of driver tree (revenue and contribution margin);
• Definition, reporting and planning of run-rate of existing business;
• Input from segment/product responsible to consolidate IPF (B2C) planning bottom up;
• Provide input for future product reporting from a segment and product perspective;
• Consolidate high level B2C business reporting;
• Integrated financial forecast that enables monitoring and adjustment for all commercial residential business streams to reach the company’s business plan;
• Monitors evolution and monthly performance of residential business streams, explains deviations from objectives;
• Catches deviations from the plan and steers/prepares contingency/fill-the-gap commercial measures Business analysis on input for new pricing portfolio design and pricing portfolio performance.


CERINTE

• University degree of Economics/Business Administration, engineer + MBA, Computer Science + Economics;
• Telco market knowledge of at least 5-8 years in mobile and/or fixed business;
• Deep understanding of B2C business drivers of fixed and/or mobile telco business, at least 4-6 years in mobile and/or fixed business;
• Deep expertise in pricing portfolio development;
• High analytical and project management skills;
• Strategic thinking and concept development (worked in strategy department or contributed to a significant extend to important strategy projects);
• Very good knowledge of creating and analyzing databases with tools like MS ACCESS or SPSS;
• High analytical background from data mining and capable to draw strategic business conclusions;
• Excellent PowerPoint skills;
• Strong controlling/financial background;
• Open to change/new challenges/opportunities;
• Blunt and outspoken; Capable to negotiate and present on eyelevel with all management levels of the company.
