Responsabilities:
¿ Understand the market and clients¿ needs;
¿ Create and improve communities around our products;
¿ Review and improve the product specifications;
¿ Plan and supervise the product development;
¿ Manage the product team: sales, analysts, engineering, QA, documentation writers;
¿ Embody company's cultural values.
¿ 2 to 5 years project management experience for a high growth technology firm /entrepreneurial endeavor;
¿ 2+ years of web development experience as a senior programmer;
¿ Demonstrated performance in prior roles, with increasing levels of responsibility and independence;
¿ Strong organizational skills;
¿ Ability to communicate with highly technical management team;
¿ Experience in the software, internet, media, or fast-paced technology start-up industries strongly preferred;
¿ Keen understanding of the web development methodologies (Scripting languages, Databases, Dynamic HTML and Ajax);
¿ Fluency in English and Romanian;
¿ Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
