• Development of the building materials market
• Product management:
- Creating and launching new products/solutions – building a broad portfolio of products, searching for fields of products’ development & competitive advantage
- Conducting trainings and product presentations, product counseling
- Supporting the sales team during their everyday work
- Price and product positioning
• University technical (preferable chemical) degree (MBA degree will be an advantage)
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in the building or chemical industry for building
• Experience in brand implementation and brand management
• Working experience in distribution company in the field of product marketing
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Future & success oriented skills
• Creativity, organizational skills, goal orientation
