We recruit for one of our client, a multinational IT distributor, a:
- Product Manager for components,
- Product Manager for small appliances&TV
- Product Manager for mobile phones
- Product Manager for networking, servers
- Product Manager for printers, supplies
who will be in charge with the business line.
The main purpose of the role is to create, maintain, manage and develop the allocated product portfolio, in order to support the department objectives.
Main responsibilities:
• To bring contribution to sales strategy, in order to ensure the achievement of the company’s sales objectives
• To implement the business and marketing plans for the business line allocated (pricing strategies, analyze the competition, product mix)
• Coordinates the definition of procurement, commercial and marketing strategy for the business line allocated. Identifies and executes new opportunities to generate revenue for the company
• Manages market research keeping track of the competition’s activity and performs the appropriate selling and marketing strategies, being fully responsible for setting margins and for the rotation in order to achieve profitability
• Analyzes the sales performance for the business line allocated and takes measures to redress, when case.
• Performs contract management: leads negotiations with suppliers, selling and coordinates implementation process for business line allocated
• Follow-up on running contracts with suppliers
• University degree
• Minimum 3 years experience in an IT distribution company
• Know how and understanding of the local market
• Determination in fulfilling the objectives
• Good capabilities for predictions of the trends
• Fluent in English
• Good communication skills, proactive and very organized
• Good computer skills
