RESPONSABILITATI

The successful candidate will serve as the lead Product Manager responsible for defining and driving product strategies for as well as ensuring the success of BitDefender’s Windows Server Products, which include platforms such as Exchange, SharePoint, and File Server.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain an articulated vision and roadmap for the Windows Server product portfolio at all times; this should include strategies that cover short-, medium, and long-term.
- Perform business case analysis to evaluate new opportunities and offerings related to the Windows Server platform
- Continuously identify areas for improvement and work effectively with relevant stakeholders to execute and optimize success factors for product portfolio while routinely measuring performance and progress
- Constantly strive to understand our customers and their unmet needs, translate those needs into actionable plans that can be executed upon, and then lead technical and non-technical teams to successful execution in a timely manner
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to define and deliver new product offerings and/or enhancements to market
- Assist in mapping, validating, and determining market opportunities and product strategies in support of company goals
- Perform competitive analysis of other products in the industry and then drive strategies to win in the marketplace
- Create necessary deliverables to support marketing and sales efforts
- Maintain an thorough understanding of customer needs and the security market at all times
- Provide training and assistance to Sales and Support to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Approximately up to 10% travel is required


CERINTE

- 2+ years of product management or related experience, preferably in either a computer security, IT-related professional services, or enterprise software discipline
- Bachelor degree required, MBA preferred
- Ability to understand complex technical information and translate this into basic, easy-to-understand concepts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with strong presentation skills
- Demonstrated creative problem-solving skills
- Must have impeccable business acumen and decision-making capabilities
- Must possess strong leadership qualities
- Ability to work in a global virtual environment
- Computer security experience along with a firm grasp of the threat landscape highly desired
- Some marketing and/or marketing communication experience helpful
