Responsible for developing & implementing new credit products, collaborating closely with all involved departments such as sales, operations, finance etc
Key Result Areas:
¿ Be responsible for 1 or more of the retail products
¿ Understand the product specific processes and maintain the existing products, e.g. optimise work flows
¿ Develop and implement new products based on the NPI process
¿ Understand the market and competition and drive growth strategies within the responsible area
¿ Support the sales channel to increase the sales of the respective product
¿ Know legal requirements and act accordingly
¿ Drive pricing decisions together with the manager product-management, sales and pricing leader
¿ Drive the planning cycle for the respective product
¿ Maintain a strong relationship with all other functions, mainly the other marketing areas
¿ Several years of experience in the field of Consumer Finance
¿ Marketing & sales & product-management experience
¿ Teamleader and Teamplayer
¿ Fluent in written and oral English
¿ Independent work style
¿ Experience in developing and implementing large projects
¿ Generally strong skills in the implementation of ideas, projects, etc.
¿ Excellent communication skills
¿ Extensive customer focus
