- Manage activities, raise flags and provide solutions to ad-hoc issues from Customer Service.
- Set tasks priority, build and manage PE yearly working plan (product wise)
- Follow up / review weekly Customers Service Requests
- Administrative management of the team.
- In depth understanding of the product and how it fits in the customer’s system
- Gateway between customer service and R&D
- Leading beta (field) trials with new versions/products (NPI adv)
- Provide top level support to field engineers/cs and technical engineers (T3)
- Provide training on new products and features to all customer service personnel
- Managerial skills. Proven experience.
- Degree in electronic engineering or computer sciences. - advantage
- Vast knowledge and experience with large IP networks (router, switches, protocols)
- Experience in working with customers
- Experience in writing technical documents
- Ability to participate in detailed discussions regarding technical aspects of the product with internal R&D personnel as well as external customer’s technical staff
- Fluent in English
- Excellent human relations
