• University graduate with 4+ years of work experience;
• Excellent knowledge of the Procurement process;
• Fluent in English and strong German skills;
• Good interpersonal and team skills;
• Demonstrated problem solving skills;
• Strong oral and written communication skills – ability to interact at all organizational levels;
• Ability to work and act independently;
• Strong analytical and research skills;
• Ability to work under pressure, on own initiative as well as part of a team;
• Strong presentation skills;
• Display pro-activeness, initiative and adopt a problem-solving attitude;
• Proactive team driver and source of motivation;
• Previous experience in a BPO is a plus.


CERINTE

• Monitoring on a daily basis the staff performance and ensure meeting individual objectives and performing on established standards;
• Recognizing and rewarding individual and team level achievements;
• Managing customer relationship in remote type of operations;
• Ensuring that Key Performance Indicators are met with the pre-defined objectives in the various agreed documents;
• Minimizing Customer issues and concerns proactively;
• Building strong communication and close relationship with the key stakeholders at Customer site;

• Identifying and driving process improvement opportunities, projects aligned with business initiatives and customer needs;
• Identifying training, coaching opportunities and needs for all team members;
• Ensuring full understanding of the existing company policies among employees;
• Ensuring understanding of company’s disciplinary process and implement it when required;
• Managing effectively multiple and conflicting priorities;
• Attending meetings and presenting performance indicators on internal operational reviews;
• Driving standardization and productivity improvement within the team;
• Sharing best practices across teams;
• Improving process capability;
• Attending meetings and presentations and participating in projects in order to ensure smooth introduction of changes and satisfactory resolution of problems;
• Supervising team performance – coach, support and appraisals;
• Acting as point of contact for all process/people related escalations.
