- Ensure on-time delivery for all orders within one procurement group
- Prioritize order pipeline for expediting in accordance to business needs
- Capture regularly updates and provide reports by segment / supplier to internal customers
- Responsible for expediting of orders with suppliers within a procurement group
- Follows up on order status with suppliers to ensure on time completion, proactively and upon user or Purchasing Specialist request
- Responsible for expediting on internal order/delivery
- Be competent on all Supply Chain systems and track order status on internal systems
- Follows up on order status in internal supply chain to ensure on time delivery, proactively and upon user or Purchasing Specialist request
- Informs LPRs and Operations of any issues/ delays
- Ensures full compliance with HSE and TCC policies
- Proactively follow up on Goods Receipt for orders with GR due date
- Perform problem solving on Document-Flow-Management (DFM) cases or other Account Payable issues.
- Run open orders report on a regular basis
- Compile / update expediting reports by suppliers, segment, location regularly
- Inform Field Purchasing Specialists / Material Management / Operations with targeted regular updates
- Escalation of issues to Hub Procurement Leader when needed
- Continuous improvement and knowledge management
- Performs problem solving for non-complex issues with supplier or internal supply chain members
- Proposes documentation changes / improvements to process when required
- Previous experience in transactional procurement a plus but not mandatory
- Basic understanding of Procurement, Logistics, EMS & Accounts Payable systems (or knowledge to be built in dedicated training session)
- Ability to interact in English and potentially other language relevant in local hub
- Strong analytical skills with capability to analyze order pipeline and create reports on order stati
- Passion for customer service
- Ability to interact with operations persons on basic requests
- Ability to interact with suppliers and passion in tracking down orders
- Ability to work fast and on numerous requests simultaneously
- Bachelor degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or Manufacturing required
