Requests processing received from end-users into Purchase Orders (POs)
PO confirmation in the system upon delivery to ensure invoice payment
PO Change requests whenever needed
Monthly reports processing for end-users
Continuous feedback to the technical team in charge of updating the system
Continuous feedback to the Account Payable team in order to balance the POs with the invoices
Professional: Previous experience in transactional procurement a plus but not mandatory
Technical
Comprehensive understanding of Company Procurement and ERP Systems.
Ability to interact in German and potentially other language relevant in local hub (English)
Basic technical and supplier knowledge for one category and potentially business segment
