On behalf of our client, a multinational consultancy and outsourcing company, we are searching for a PROCURE TO PAY TEAM TEAD.
Responsibilities:
- Run offshore PTP operations efficiently and effectively;
- Lead and manage a team of maximum 4 direct reports and more than 20 span of control;
- Cover a wide range of yet closely linked activities around PTP to ensure smooth operations by using appropriate controls;
- Aim to enhance all team expertise by looking for skill development potential;
- Suggest and implement process improvements to continuously improve PTP services delivered to the Client;
- Manage effective Client service relationship with User groups and retained organization within own area of responsibility;
- Manage daily interactions of own team with other teams;
- Solve any issues regarding PTP functions by interacting directly with the Client representatives and partners in the country they are serving;
- Ensure team members acquire necessary skills and performance attributes, in line with business and personal development needs;
- Provide high quality PTP services to the Client, ensuring that contractual and service obligations are met for the work within scope of the role;
- Accountable for contribution of team in terms of delivery to deadlines and quality standards but need to balance with budget restraints.
- Experience in PTP required;
- 2-3 years finance-accounting experience;
- Proven ability to work on own initiative;
- Innovative thinking to deliver and improve best Client service within budget;
- Diligent – ensure deadlines are met and priorities are balanced accordingly;
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, team members and colleagues;
- Experience in the Financial Services Industry a strong preference;
- English is a must.
