Responsible for developing operation methods and processes for the business process of new or existing company service lines.
You will also be charged with estimating servicing costs, determining time standards and making recommendations to operations/process engineering on process requirements for new or existing service lines on Process Improvements, Utilization Improvements, NVA reduction. You will be responsible for managing relationships with Quality, Operations, Process, Solution Architects, and/or other third-parties.
Your main deliverables will be to estimate manpower requirements for different processes by doing time studies (work measurements).
You will be required to analyze the processes by using tools like Value Stream Mapping, Value Engineering to estimate waste/rework built in a process which can improved. KPI for this job will be Cost Saving Opportunities identified through Utilization/Process Improvement and agreed by all stake holders.

- Leads and or provides expertise to functional project teams and participates in cross functional initiatives. Provides mentoring and guidance to the team.
Provides leadership and direction, establishing process improvements.


CERINTE

Education
A Bachelor's, Master's (graduate), or Doctorate (postgraduate) degree in a technical discipline (e.g., engineering, industrial technology, etc.)

Experience and knowledge
An in-depth knowledge and application of engineering principles and concepts, broad-based functional knowledge for a similar job requirements in automobile, consumer products or BPO.
Additional experience with planning and managing projects.
1-3 years experience in Consulting/Automobile / Manufacturing/BPO in the fields of Operations, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Production Planning.
Value Engineering/Management, Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean Manufacturing Champion certification.
