RESPONSABILITATI

For one of our client, we are looking for a PROCESS IMPROVEMENT COORDINATOR.

Qualifications:
University degree in Engineering/Quality Management or corresponding knowledge;
Min 5 years of professional experience with progressive process improvement and reengineering experience;
 Sound working knowledge and experience using and applying process improvement best practices and techniques/methodologies in a structured project environment;
Good working knowledge of Lean & Six Sigma (waste and variation reduction tools);
Good understanding of manufacturing and industrial processes; production experience is a must;
Quality Management knowledge and experience;
Cost of poor quality and cost of poor process understanding;
Fluency in English;
Strong proficiency in Windows, Minitab and Microsoft Office is essential;
Strong quantitative and qualitative skills and detail oriented with ability to see the big picture;

Responsibilities
 Partner with management and business teams to assess current processes and identify process improvement opportunities to maximize customer satisfaction;
Structure and prioritize process improvement projects in the organization;
Facilitate meetings, progress status reporting, definition of measures and generation of projects;
Lead one or more complex projects across multiple functions and business teams;
Provide leadership, mentoring and training to all levels of the organization and practice of Lean & Six Sigma methodology and tools;
Lead and develop the process improvement team;
