RESPONSABILITATI

Job Purpose:

1.Assuring a rapid processing of profile changes / internal and external clients offers, including new contract activations, implementing the new retention offers
2.Keeping the customers constantly informed on the status of their requests
3.Offering assistance and support to other departments (Sales, Help-line, Retention) regarding the status of the changes requests and offer implementation
4.Monitoring and managing the specific vantive inboxes and the EDP work flows
5.Constant checking and corrections to unprocessed or wrong processed changes (failed or partial failed changes, registering and monitoring cases for special situations)
6.Filtering the customers’ requests and register them in the specific data base or redirectiong them to other ORO departments
7.Correctly activate all contracts received for new or existing customers regardless the receiving way (Fax, EPOS)
8.Offering support for other internal departaments, reporting and finding solutions for special situations that might appear.
8.Verifying payment proofs in CRM for suspended numbers and reconection of them
