- Learns and works with the software used by the company;
- Keeps the cash register up-to-date daily;
- Prepares the NIR's;
- Keeping record of the availability of goods in all warehouses and issuing the respective accounting documents for the movement of the goods;
- Introduces in the software of the company the payments made by clients;
- Verifies the invoiced bonuses by the clients of company(monthly);
- Prepares orders for business trips in Romania and abroad;
- Verification/confirmation of indebtedness of all clients(at the end of the year together with the accounting company);
- Verification/keeping record of the invoices received back from clients;
- Preparing/verification/keeping record of all documents for factoring operations (keeping track of invoices, payments, confirmations, reports/balances and other documents from the bank);
- Verification/keeping record of the invoices to and from the service;
- Introducing invoices in clients’ data bases, where applicable;
- Prepares and sends by courier invoices and other documents (standard or requested by clients); keeping record of them
- Keeps the correspondence register (incoming/outgoing).
- Experience in primary accounting;
- English language (intermediate level);
- Very precise and careful in working with numbers, reports;
- Analytical mind, logical thinking, detail oriented;
- Capable of working under pressure;
- Very good communication skills;
