RESPONSABILITATI

• You will work within the Prepaid Market Development team to define, develop, deploy and in-life manage the prepaid products for all segments
• You will work closely with Research Dept. in order to identity customer’s needs and technology trends and gather competitive data to determine future product directions
• You will focus on gathering data on competition with interest on prepaid portfolio, financial results related to prepaid base evolution, gross/net additions and prepaid revenues
• You will work closely with Technical and Billing and Services departments to define new products, product enhancements, new functionalities and manage implementation related processes
• Ensuring a high quality and on time release will be one important responsibility and you will make it by coordinating the product launch efforts with Technical, Marketing Communication, Sales and Customer Care.
• You will provide ongoing support for the Marketing Brand Communication and Sales teams in promoting the prepaid portfolio, including assistance with marketing collateral, sales tools, tradeshows, and focus groups
• It will be very important to proactively manage the prepaid products throughout their lifecycle and this includes product performance monitoring and product benchmarking.


CERINTE

Requirements:
IT/telecom or business/marketing/engineering degree;
At least 3 years of experience in a Telco (or IT software/Marketing Research) a plus;
Experience in telecom product management, a plus;
Experience in project management; Telco or IT sales / customer care experience, a plus; prepaid products development experience, a plus;
Broad understanding for (marketing) business issues (both for identifying what information we might need, and for compiling data fit-for-use for the internal “customers”);
Abilities:

Strong interpersonal skills (relate with internal customers, able to use informal ways to understand their needs;
Outgoing personality (able to get information informally);
Strong analytical skills, enabling to compile complex data into useful learning’s and conclusions;
Good communications skills (in particular clear writing and efficient reporting);
Ability to work effectively in multifunctional teams;
Ability to meet deadlines, work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Very good command of English
