Qualitance is a consulting company established in 2007, focused on providing a wide range of services for corporate customers, running operations in Bucharest and Brasov. Qualitance provides technology consulting services structured on four competency lines / service lines:STQA, WTAS, SASM, PMPA.
Responsabilitati
Duties and responsibilities:
- New development as well as expansion and consolidation of the existing application
- Work in close collaboration with product management and other departments
- Full lifecycle application development
- Software analysis, code analysis, requirements analysis, software review, identification of code metrics, system risk analysis, software reliability analysis
- Create and maintain technical documentation using defined technical documentation templates
- Interpret written business requirements and technical specification documents
- Perform designing and coding to written technical specifications
- Investigate, analyze, debug and document reported defects
- Perform maintenance programming and correction of identified defects
- Create, document, and implement unit tests
- Perform related duties as assigned
Cerinte
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of PHP 5 (at least 4 years of experience)
- Experience with at least one major PHP framework
- Solid understanding of OOP, best practices and design patterns
- Basic SQL knowledge and experience with at least one RDMS and one PHP ORM
- Basic JavaScript knowledge
- Basic Linux knowledge
- Openness to learn and work with new technologies
- Very good command of the English language
Will be considered a plus:
- Experience with Zend Framework
- Experience with Propel
- Experience with jQuery
- Experience with PHP Unit
- Knowledge of Web Security practices
- Basic HTTP architecture and Apache knowledge
- Experience with Web Services (SOAP, REST, RPC)
- Experience with source code versioning (Subversion)
- Knowledge of Regular Expressions
- Readiness to travel abroad
- Knowledge of German language
