- In the framework of its organic growth, QUANTA RESURSE UMANE, a leading international HR services supplier, is going to open, as of january 1st 2007, a PHARMA DIVISION in order to offer the pharmaceutical companies a tailor-made service.
- We are searching candidates for the position of DIVISION MANAGER (to be based in Bucharest).
- The Pharma Division Manager will have full responsibility over the organization and the management of his or her market niche. A budget will be allocated, and the incumbent will have to propose our services to the target clients, contact them, obtain deals and then deliver the services.
- Based in Bucharest, the incumbent will cordinate the commercial activities of the Pharma division in the whole Country, because - in the rest of Romania - our services will be delivered by Quanta's branch network.
- This is a qualified position, for a person able to mix commercial skills, with a down-to-earth approach to customer service.
- This is a highly visible position, in which both outstanding performance, and lack of it, will be evident to the top management. For this reason, this is typically a position for result- and career-oriented candidates, who want to emerge and prove their potential.

1. Commercial skills
- Capacity to generate revenues by contacting new clients, preparing offers, negotiating and closing deals
- Capacity to manage the portfolio of clients (we are looking for a mix of relationship - and account management)
2. Pharma background
- A knowledge (and ideally previous commercial or HR-related contacts) of the pharma market are strongly preferred.
3. Budgeting skills
- The Pharma Division will be a profit center, so the capacity to prepare, monitor, follow-up, update and - finally - respect the budget are a must
4. HR skills
- Technical HR skills are not a must, since we are going to supply the incumbent with all Quanta's kmowhow and procedures
