A major and fast expanding international company, operating all over world is looking for qualified candidates to fill the position of
PERL DEVELOPER who will be implicated in:
* designing, developing and maintaining functionalities for the assigned projects;
* identifying and resolving technical and functional errors;
* providing written/verbal project progress reports or updates as requested by line manager;
* providing help during the UAT activity;
* cooperating with the teams in different locations.
The successful candidate should have the following attributes:
* University degree in Computer Science or Information Technology;
* Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Software Development;
* Proven working experience in Dynamic Languages with preference to Object Oriented Perl;
* Experience in at least one of the following scripting languages: Python, PHP, ASP, JSP, .NET;
* Strong Database knowledge (SQL/ORACLE);
* Web Services, client server HTTP/XML Request/Response;
* Apache HTTPD , Apache Tomcat;
* Is enthusiastic, hard-working and team focused;
* Have excellent communications and client facing skills;
* English language
