- Day-to-day Windows based workstations troubleshooting and support tasks;
- Phone, email, and hands-on technical support onsite and offsite for Windows OS users;
- Configure, install, and support PC Windows based hardware and software on desktops and laptops;
- Assist and collaborate with others to develop and implement network, application and systems plans;
- Able to occasionally perform system maintenance and upgrades before/after office hours and on weekends;
- Detects, prioritizes, and responds appropriately to service performance and availability issues regarding computer systems;
- Responsible for telecommunicating system issues, resolution and additional information to end users, management.
Key Requirements
- Experience in the use, installation, support, and troubleshooting of desktop, laptops, Intel based servers and other computer peripherals;
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem solving skills;
- Proficiency with Windows 2000 and XP Workstation and other Microsoft applications;
- Availability to travel within Bucharest.
Work Attitude/Aptitudes:
- Degree in computer science or equivalent or student in final years;
- Flexible and able to work in high stress situations;
- Customer service orientated;
- Communicative and diplomatic;
- Willing to work early or late and sometimes on weekends as the work demands;
- Team player, open minded, initiative driven.

- Excellent command of English language;
