- Gathering payroll interfaces on time from payroll contacts – 9 countries, 8 interfaces
- Checking cost centers plus base variable inputation within the interface
- Adjusting interfaces with the proper cost center and base variable imputation if the case
- Booking of each interface into SAP
- Account reconciliation
- Booking of social security and payroll taxes
- Prepare documentation for the external audit needs, when the case.
- minimum 3 years of practical accounting experience,
- SAP knowledge,
- payroll experience is a plus,
- strong Excel knowledge
