RESPONSABILITATI

The HR Admin will be responsible for providing continuous support for all employees in regards to HR inquiries

•Will be responsible for interacting with employees in a clear and pleasant manner
•Ensure a prompt and complete response to various HR related inquiries from and towards the employees
•Issues labor contracts and guides new employees through signing process and joining paperwork
•Issues various kinds of proofs and certificates specific to HR activity and keeps a record of them
•Keeps the employee records and verifies the conformity with the HR policies and applicable law
•Insures a track of the security badges according to security policies
•Process and maintain HR personnel files for all active and former employees


CERINTE

REQUIREMENTS

● 1-2 years experience in HR Admin is mandatory
● Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package
● Good command of English
● Excellent communication skills and highly involved
● Willingness to work in a very dynamic environment
● Be familiar with regulation Labor Code
● Readiness for learning and adapting to an already formed team and work style
