RESPONSABILITATI

- Outbound calls to small and medium business customers
- Primarily focusing on sales of emerging telecom technologies
- Also responsible lead generation and capturing customer data through engaging conversations


CERINTE

- English proficiency (speaking, writing, understanding) or bilingual proficiency (English and French)
- Availability to work on a late schedule 18:00 - 02:00, Monday - Friday
- Strong knowledge and experience utilizing sales techniques and strategies
- Strong knowledge of emerging telecom technologies and Internet technologies
- Strong analytical ability in discerning priority and non-priority issues; making decisions from a number of alternatives based on logic and fact
- Ability to recognize and act on profitable business opportunities
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate skillfully, even in challenging situations, seeking a balance between client and business needs
- Desire to set and achieve challenging work goals for self
- Flexibility and self motivation in dealing with rapidly changing priorities and work volumes
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills in dealing with individuals from all organization levels
