-follow up on open orders - keep constant contact with the Company's suppliers in Western Europe;
-ensure that the goods ordered for Plants/Head Offices are delivered on time;
-order's acknowledgment - ensure that suppliers acknowledge the orders sent by the Company;
-ensure that the price, quantity, delivery dates are correct;
-re-faxing - check the automated fax report and correct any errors that may appear in order to ensure the Purchase Orders reach the suppliers in a timely manner;
-support the Procurement Buyers in daily activities as per manager request.
-advanced level of languages: Dutch or German or French is a must
-Excel, Word, Internet/Intra net Tools, E-mail communication system;
-working with discipline;
-good communication skills;
-English proficiency - medium;
-the candidates can be students or have faculty graduated degree.
